Director

Katheryn Milian is the Director of Chanty Learning Center Inc DBA We Love Kids. Ms. Milian brings a strong background in early childhood education, school leadership, and a deep passion for helping children thrive.

She holds Florida childcare staff and director credentials, a Bachelor’s degree from Lynn University, and a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. With experience working with children from toddlers through middle school and supporting educators and families.

Katheryn is committed to creating a nurturing, inclusive, and academically enriching environment where every child feels valued, known, and encouraged to reach their full potential.

At Chanty Learning Center, she believes that education is about more than academics; it is about building confidence, character, creativity, and meaningful relationships. Her goal is to work closely with families and staff to ensure every student feels supported and inspired to learn, grow, and succeed.

Assistant Director

Katya Milian has been an integral part of Chanty Learning Center Inc DBA We Love Kids since 1998, bringing decades of experience, dedication, and a genuine love for children and families to our school community.

Throughout her years at our school, Mrs. Milian has played an important role in supporting students, families, teachers, and the day-to-day operations of our school. Her extensive experience and knowledge of our school community allow her to provide consistency, guidance, and a welcoming presence to everyone who walks through our doors.

Katya believes that a strong school is built on relationships, teamwork, and a commitment to each child’s success. She is passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel valued and families feel like part of the Chanty family.

With more than 25 years of service to Chanty Learning Center, Katya continues to be a trusted and dedicated leader who helps make our school a special place for children to learn, grow, and thrive.
